Parties, Weddings and Special Occasions

We know how important it is to ensure your event is a success. Our dedicated Events Co-ordinator will be on hand in the lead up to your event to help create the perfect event for the occasion.  


You have the option to include our fully stocked and licensed bar with a wide variety of drinks, and professional, friendly trained bar staff.

Keeping up with current trends, our bar has a large stock of gins, selection of beers, spirits, wines and prosecco. 

We work with a number of local recommended suppliers who can help with anything from entertainment to catering.


The Venue is your space to decorate, whether that means you bring in someone externally to do this, or you want to do it yourself. You can put your own stamp on it.  

We have tables and chairs as well as comfy seating.


You have access to our kitchen facilities if needed.


You can also make use of our TV’s around the room if you want to show any photos or videos.

We have speakers around the room for you to connect to.

Our lighting is on a dimmer to create the perfect lighting for your celebration.


There is direct access to the outside from the main function space with outdoor seating.

Daytime room hire of the main room:

2023: £25 per hour  

2024: £27 per hour

(minimum 3 hours)

SOFT PLAY available to hire which is suitable for parties for 1–3 year olds. It is £40 to hire for the duration of your party and includes two ball pits, 2 slides and 4 hoppers 

Evening room hire of the main room with bar:

2023: £270 + VAT

2024: £300 + VAT

6.30pm* - Midnight 

(minimum bar spend of £300)

*Access is from 6.30pm. If there is a home football match on the day of your party, there may still be supporters in the club until 7.30pm therefore we recommend your party starting from 7.30pm

We understand that the loss of a loved one is a very difficult time for all concerned and so it is our aim to help the occasion run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. 


The Venue is the perfect place for family and friends to gather following your funeral service, in friendly and relaxed surroundings.

We have carefully created a package to consider all the details of your day.

Business Meetings & Conferences

With a professional yet welcoming atmosphere The Venue is the ideal place to hold business meetings and conferences.

We are located just off the A24 with access in to Horsham town centre and the train station making it an easy commute for your delegates.

We offer free parking and free Wi-Fi along with presentation equipment. 

Our delegate packages start from £14 per person including VAT.
