Parties and Special Occasions

We know how important it is to ensure your event is a success. We are on hand in the lead up to your event to help create the perfect event for the occasion.  

 

You have the option to include our fully stocked and licensed bar with a wide variety of drinks, and professional, friendly trained bar staff.

Keeping up with current trends, our bar has a large stock of gins, selection of beers, spirits, wines and prosecco.

We work with a number of local recommended suppliers who can help with anything from entertainment to catering.

 

The Venue is your space to decorate, whether that means you bring in someone externally to do this, or you want to do it yourself. You can put your own stamp on it.  

We have tables and chairs as well as comfy seating.

 

You have access to our kitchen facilities if needed.

 

You can also make use of our TV’s around the room if you want to show any photos or videos.

We have speakers around the room for you to connect to.

Our lighting is on a dimmer to create the perfect lighting for your celebration.

 

There is direct access to the outside from the main function space. Our brand new outdoor canopy which gives you the option to be outside whatever the weather

DAYTIME ROOM HIRE 

Minimum 3 hours

2024: £27 per hour without the bar 2025: £29 per hour without the bar

2024: £55 + VAT with the bar 2025: £60 + VAT with the bar

(minimum bar spend of £300)

SOFT PLAY AND GARDEN GAMES AVAILABLE TO HIRE

Soft Play is suitable for parties for 1–3 year olds and the garden games suitable for children and adult parties.

They are £40 each or £65 for both to hire for the duration of your party

**HALF PRICE ROOM HIRE ON SELECTED FRIDAY EVENINGS IN 2024**

*Access is from 6.30pm. If there is a home football match on the day of your party, there may still be supporters in the club until 7.30pm therefore we recommend your party starting from 7.30pm

Girls' night out

Wedding Reception

From the moment you arrive, to your very last dance of the night we will make sure your special day is truly memorable. We will guide you through every detail so you can both relax and enjoy your day

We have the perfect packages for you based on a minimum of 40 guests and a maximum of 120 guests. Bringing together the venue, food, drinks and venue dressing, all that's left for you to do is give us any special requests for your special day.

 

Packages are available for 2024 and 2025 

​

Please note we do not have a license for you to get married at the club, but you are very welcome to use the space for a vow renewal or blessing

Celebration of Life

We understand that the loss of a loved one is a very difficult time for all concerned and so it is our aim to help the occasion run as smoothly and efficiently as possible. 

 

The Venue is the perfect place for family and friends to gather following your funeral service, in friendly and relaxed surroundings.

We have carefully created a package to consider all the details of your day.

​

  • The Venue hire for up to 4 hours

  • Fully licensed bar

  • Tea & Coffee

  • Buffet

  • Use of the outdoor space with a large undercover area with bench seating overlooking the pitch

  • Free parking for your guests with easy with step free access in to The Venue

£15.50 + VAT per person

Add a glass of prosecco per person on arrival for £3 pp

Business Meetings & Conferences

With a professional yet welcoming atmosphere The Venue is the ideal place to hold business meetings and conferences in Horsham.

​

We are located just off the A24 with access in to Horsham town centre and the train station making it an easy commute for your delegates.

​

We offer free parking and free Wi-Fi along with presentation equipment. 

​

Meeting Package £32 + VAT per hour* including:

Weekly Hire
